Tools For Work, developed by Cello Jeremy Digital, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be collected when you visit toolsforwork.online and how that information is used.

Files and tool inputs

Most tools are designed to process files and text in your browser. We do not intentionally collect the documents, images, signatures, notes, or text you provide to these tools. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to process and use uploaded content.

Premium access and device storage

Premium does not require an account. The site creates a random browser identifier and stores it with a signed Premium access token in local browser storage. The identifier is used to bind the purchase to the browser where checkout was completed. Clearing site data, using another browser, or changing device may remove access. The token does not contain payment-card details.

Payments

PayPal processes Premium payments. PayPal receives the information needed to approve and capture the transaction under its own privacy policy. Tools For Work receives transaction status, order identifiers, and limited purchase details needed to verify the US$1 payment; we do not receive or store your full payment-card credentials.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand general site usage, such as visited pages, device type, approximate location, and interaction events. Google AdSense may display advertising to free users. After a valid Premium token is verified on a device, the site does not load the Google AdSense script for that device. Google and its partners may otherwise use cookies or similar technologies according to applicable settings and law.

Cookies and local storage

Cookies or local storage may be used for analytics, security, preferences, Premium access, and advertising. You can manage them through your browser settings. Deleting browser data may affect saved preferences and device-based Premium access.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling.

Data protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the website, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Analytics, advertising, and payment information is retained according to the settings and policies of the relevant service providers.
