Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

By accessing Tools For Work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Permitted use

You may use the tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not use the site to violate intellectual property rights, process unlawful material, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Premium purchase

Premium is a one-time US$1 digital purchase, not a subscription. After PayPal confirms payment, 32 Premium tools are unlocked and Google AdSense advertising is disabled on the browser where the purchase was completed. No user account is created.

Device-based access

Premium access is stored in the purchasing browser using a random device identifier and signed access token. It does not automatically transfer to another browser or device. Clearing cookies or site storage, using private browsing, reinstalling the browser, or resetting the device may remove access. You are responsible for maintaining the browser data needed for this account-free access model.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal's terms. Digital access is delivered immediately after successful capture. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-access purchases are final after Premium has been delivered. Contact us promptly if payment completes but access is not delivered.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the files, text, and images you use. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Do not process highly sensitive information unless you have evaluated the risks and applicable requirements.

Outputs and professional review

Tool outputs are provided for convenience and may contain errors. You must review results before relying on or sharing them. Tools For Work does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, accessibility, or other regulated professional advice.

Availability and changes

Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every file, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Cello Jeremy Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including PayPal, analytics, and advertising providers. Their separate terms and policies apply.

Contact

Questions about these terms or a payment issue can be submitted through the Cello Jeremy Digital contact page.
